Happy Birthday To You

Tim Holtz 'Bubble' Stencil
Vicki Boutin Rose Gold Glaze
Pink Paislee Washi Tape

This is for the November 15th Sketch Challenge at Scrap Our Stash. 
I also used the required watercolor paper which is the horizontal paper by Heid Swapp 'Art Walk' and Chipboard Party Hats.
