Photos of grandson Brady in his Transformer costume for Halloween 2011.
This is for Pinterest Challenge #16, over at the Apron Strings Blog. I was inspired by the colors and theme of the image shown. I think these may be the first trick or treat photos I've scrapped from 2011.
I used the Authentique 'Glowing' line for this along with some My Mind's Eye Chipboard Accents and Rusty Pickles Buttons.
Photo of 5 of my grandkids that were here for Easter.
This is for Pinterest Challenge #14, over at the Apron Strings blog based on the inspiration given. This is about the closest to monochromatic as I get. A toughie for me! Also included pearls and buttons. I used the Apron Strings March kit featuring the We R Memory Keepers 'CottonTail' line.
Lori, have I told you that you've gotten me hooked on Pinterest?!?! LOL I've spent the last couple afternoons pinning away!
I'm back today with all my projects with the Authentique 'Glory' line from the Bigger Than A Breadbox Apron Strings Kit. You can find out more about that wonderful kit here. This kit may look patriotic, but I used it for so much more! I used it to scrap parade and fair photos, starting school and just family fun photos! It's great! This is for the Pinterest Challenge #12, over at the Apron Strings Blog. I was inspired by the colors of the inspiration piece today. As soon as I saw the image I was thinking of getting to use my Prima 'Doodle Deux' goodies. I also added some new baker's twine I got from Montana Misfits.
I'm excited to share with you that Lori over at Apron Strings Designs asked me to fill in for one of her Sous Chefs for July! I got to work with the Bigger Than A Breadbox Kit featuring the Basic Grey 'PB&J' line and the Authentique 'Glory' line. Here's a link to the see those amazing kits. You can check these out along with lots more inspiration in the July Newsletter.

This is for the Pinterest Challenge #10, over at the Apron Strings Blog. I was inspired by all the circles of the inspiration as well as the color combo. I used more of the Apron Strings June kit, 'Bo Bunny Alora' line.

This is for the Pinterest Challenge #9, over at the Apron Strings Blog. As soon as I saw the color inspiration I knew I'd be scrapping some Easter photos with the Apron Strings March kit. I added some of my own WRMK 'Cottontail' papers to the kit.
This is for the Pinterest Challenge #8, over at the Apron Strings Blog. My first thought on the inspiration colors was to go with something Christmas, but I already had these photos of grandson Brady printed.
I used the Apron Strings June Kit featuring the Bo Bunny 'Alora' line.
This is for Pinterest Challenge #3 over at the Apron Strings Blog. As I look at the inspiration I think of snow and the lack of it we had this Winter. For the silver bells I used the sparkly glitter alphas.
This was a typical Winter day. We waited and longed for a good snow and usually all we received was just a dusting, Jan. 2012.
I used the Little Yellow Bicycle 'Winter Twig' line. LOVE this line!
